Üldkoosolekul osalemine on ülimalt tähtis, sest päevakorras on põhikirja muudatuste kinnitamine, mida ei saa läbi viia ilma piisava arvu liikmete häälteta. Seega, kui keegi ei saa mõjuva põhjuse tõttu koosolekust osa võtta, siis kirjutage oma hääle volitus A4-paberile ja toimetage see kellegi kaudu üldkoosolekule.
